the adidas Running Academy — Now in our 5th Year

We aim to educate and motivate young male and female distance runners. We believe that all runners can improve and achieve their goals through hard work, dedication, and a positive attitude.

Campers will participate in two runs per day on soft trails or dirt roads in and around 2,200 acres of state forest adjacent to Camp Mohawk in Northwestern Connecticut. The camp is located in the Litchfield Hills of on the south side of Mohawk Mountain in Cornwall, CT.

The Running Academy features lectures and motivational talks from world class runners, coaches, and sports medicine personnel.

To be eligible to attend, campers must be entering 9th, 10th, 11th, or 12th grade.

Reserve your spot with a $100 non-refundable deposit, the balance not being due until July 1, 2008.
